McDonald’s CEO FIRED!

Steve Easterbrook Gone!

McDonald's CEO Steve Easterbrook has been fired do to a consensual relationship with an employee. The board of directors fired Steve Easterbrook on Friday after agreeing that he had violated the company's policy against manager relationships. Easterbrook agreed with the board and said "it is time for me to move on" and in an email saying the relationship was "a mistake." Easterbrook will also receive his severance package which will come out to 26 weeks of pay. We don't know how much but to put it into perspective Easterbrook earned nearly $16 million in 2018. With a base salary of $1.35 million. Now Easterbrook has a Separation Agreement that prohibits him from working for other competitors. Easterbrook has now been replaced with Chris Kempczinski (bottom).
