Georgia High School Student Facing Charges After Being Filmed Attacking Student Holding Pride Flag. Student rushes up to the student holding a Pride Flag and aggressively removes it from his arms.
The attacker has been charged after being filmed stealing a Pride Flag from the student who harmlessly was sitting down, knocked him over dumping the flag on to a garbage can.
Student names has not been released. The attacker is facing charges of disorderly conduct, simple battery, and disruption of a public facility after the incident at Lowndes High School, Lowndes County Sheriff Ashley Paulk told the Valdosta Daily Times.
