On paperwork he indicated “he was not under indictment or information in any court for a felony or any other crime for which the judge could imprison him for more than one year”
The maximum sentence he could have received for the federal violation was 10 years. This week, he was sentenced to nearly 4 years behind bars
Judge Federico Moreno had some harsh words to say to him” Young people do stupid things, But the problem is that you’ve been doing stupid things since you were 15.”
Kodak was en route to perform at Rolling Loud in Miami, when he was pulled over he was arrested on May 1st. His bond was set at $550,000 and was granted release with house arrest on May 15th. A federal judge revoked it 3 weeks later calling him a danger to the community.
